1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this Snooker Club Management Software (the 'Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service provides a multi-center management system for snooker clubs, including features for table management, staff allocation, financial tracking, and center-specific data isolation.
3. Multi-Center Data Isolation
The Club Owner agrees that while they retain global oversight, financial and operational data is segregated by center. Staff access is restricted solely to the center to which they are assigned, governed by the access rules defined by the Club Owner.
4. User Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Payments
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Failure to pay will result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
