We collect information essential for providing and securing our multi-center management service. This includes **Club Owner and Staff Information** (name, email, role, assigned center), **Billing Data** (processed securely by our payment partner), and **Operational Data** (table usage, inventory levels, transaction records). We minimize data collection to what is necessary for the Service.
2. Data Minimization and Purpose of Use
We use your data strictly for operational purposes: to facilitate table booking, process transactions, generate financial reports segregated by center, and authenticate staff access. We do not use operational data for advertising or sell it to third parties. Data is automatically segregated by **Center ID** to ensure accurate internal reporting.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your customers' personal data with any third parties except where required to provide the core Service: (i) **Payment Processing** (passing billing details to our secure processor) and (ii) **Legal Compliance** (if required by subpoena, court order, or law). Club Owner has global visibility over all data within their Club; Staff visibility is strictly limited to their assigned Center.
4. Data Security and Storage
We utilize industry-standard security measures, including **encryption at rest and in transit** (SSL/TLS), to protect your data. Access to the database is strictly limited and controlled via **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)** and isolated network environments. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention Policy
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide the Service. You can contact us to permanently delete your data from our records
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you, subject to legal constraints. As the Club Owner, you control the operational data for all your centers.
